A missed call gets an approved text response
Not another voicemail prompt. A message from your number asks what they need in words you approved, records the reply, and routes the next step.
Comora Speed to Lead · for trades & home services
It acts after your team misses a call or message, asks what the customer needs, and routes the next step through the software you already run.
$1,900 to set up · $390/month to run and monitor · cancel any month

Why this problem is measurable
Missed calls
A caller gets silence and the office inherits another callback.
After hours
The next action waits unless a clear triage rule handles it.
Simple bookings
Approved jobs can move into real calendar slots without guessing.
Open quotes
A fixed follow-up sequence replaces somebody remembering later.
Reviews
The request goes out once, at the point you approve.
Exceptions
Price, complaints, unusual work, and unsafe commitments stay with a person.
The system starts only after a call or message is missed. It sends the approved first response, records what the customer says, and hands exceptions to a person. The monthly report counts what came in, what the system handled, what it booked, and what received no reply.
That makes the result visible without pretending every missed call was a sale.
What the Diagnostic checks first
Your records. Call volume, missed calls, messages, response time, standard booking rules, quote volume, and the current follow-up process.
Your operating line. Which jobs can be booked, what counts as an emergency, and which conversations always go to a person.
The $500 Diagnostic uses that evidence to decide whether Speed to Lead belongs in the implementation report. This page does not assume it does.
What it actually does
01
Not another voicemail prompt. A message from your number asks what they need in words you approved, records the reply, and routes the next step.
02
Genuine emergencies ring straight through to whoever is on call. Everything else is answered, logged with the customer's own words, and sitting at the top of the queue at 7am.
03
Standard service calls get offered real slots from your actual calendar. Anything unusual, anything priced, anything with a complication comes to a person. That line gets drawn with you, in writing, before we start.
04
Day two, day seven, day fourteen. The sequence uses wording you approved and stops the moment the customer replies.
05
At the point you approve, the system sends one review request with a direct link and records whether it was sent.
And the part that matters
Nothing here quotes a price, promises a date it cannot keep, or argues with an unhappy customer.
Those stay with you. We write that boundary down before anything goes live.
Getting it running
Scope
What it says, what it will never say, what counts as an emergency, and which jobs it may book. One hour with you, then I write it.
Configuration
Your existing number, job software, and calendar remain the operating base. The implementation scope records every connection and any new access your team needs.
Ongoing
One message a month: enquiries in, answered, median reply time, jobs booked, quotes chased, and anything that got no reply. Broken rules and connections get corrected as part of the service.
What it costs
$1,900
to set it up once. The Diagnostic and implementation scope confirm the connections, rules, and delivery plan first.
$390/mo
for the work that keeps it true. Cancel any month, no notice.
→ I read every conversation that went sideways and rewrite the wording
→ New sequences when you add a service, change prices, or hit a season
→ Broken rules and connections corrected as part of the service
→ The number, measured from your own phone and inbox, sent to you monthly
The monthly fee pays for monitoring, correction, and a report from your own records.
Cancel any month. There is no long contract.
I read the exceptions, fix broken rules, update sequences when the business changes, and report enquiries, replies, response time, bookings, quote follow-up, and anything that received no response.
What it runs on
Your existing number and your existing job software.
An established answering tool, $50–100 a month, paid direct to them. I take no commission.
Every new tool, connection, and team-access requirement is named before implementation.
I did not build the AI and I am not going to pretend I did. You are paying for the setup, the wiring, the words, and one number I am accountable for every month. You could assemble it yourself, and the Diagnostic will tell you whether this is the right route and what it needs to connect to.
Before you ask
Some will. It never claims to be a person, and a human takes over the moment the conversation needs one. The response uses words you approved and identifies the next step without pretending to be a live receptionist.
No. Same number, same handsets, same way your team answers. It only acts on the calls you have already missed and the messages nobody has replied to.
It works from words you approved, and it cannot price work, commit to a date it has not checked, or handle a complaint. Every conversation is logged and I read the exceptions weekly. When something is off, I change it that week.
Possibly. The $500 Diagnostic checks the software you already use before recommending another product. If the feature is already there, the report says to configure it instead.
Some businesses should. The Diagnostic names the tool and the setup route. The monthly work is for monitoring conversations, fixing exceptions, updating sequences, and reporting what happened. Cancel any month.
Do the sum before you buy. The Diagnostic compares your call volume, current response process, job value, and operating cost. If missed-call response does not rank high enough, do not buy this service.
The free 20-minute fit call checks whether the $500 Diagnostic fits. It does not include bespoke recommendations.
