An estimate gives you a useful starting range from the details you entered. It is not the business's final quote.
What the estimate uses
The range is calculated from your answers, any photos you supplied, and pricing rules approved by the service business.
What cannot be confirmed online
The real condition, exact size, access, materials, preparation, disposal requirements and safety issues can change how much work is required.
Different trades have different unknowns. That is why the result screen also explains the most important limitation for your specific job.
How the final price is agreed
The service business reviews your request and confirms the scope and final price directly with you. If the job differs from what was entered, the business should explain the change before work begins.
The estimate is not an acceptance, booking or payment request.
